Happy Halloween!!

Trick-or-Treat!!!
Of course Bella was a bee.........the perfect Halloween costume for her first time trick or treating! She was more interested in walking around and pushing her stroller or carrying her purse to care about the candy though.
This is Tristan and Bella helping each other cross the road in Panama City Beach............"helping each other".....wink wink!!

This is Bella playing on the beach with her friends Colton and Tristan. She loves to spend the days with these two, even though they are Bronco fans!

Bella and Tristen, he might be considered to be another one of her many boyfriends.........John is OK with it for now..........I am sure that will change when she is older though!

She is learning how to share.........I hope!

Bella and daddy in front of a "shrimpin" boat we found on our weekend while exploring our new surroundings. She actually allowed the hat to stay on for most of the day..it was so cute why would she try to take it off right!?

The preferred mode of transportation for going to the beach!

She loves to climb, so John has been digging her a pit in the sand and we just let her entertain herself, easy enough for us!

Happy Birthday Bella! She was not that into the cake, but we helped her with the icing to make sure we had some good photos, just thought it was something we needed to do for her memories....and our amusement!

This is the best present ever, at least in Bella's world it is! She is showing us how to drive now, not sure what it will be like when she is 16 but I am guessing it is not going to be this easy?!

Crusin' with her newest lion...too cool!

We finally made it!!! Bella has seen the ocean, Gulf really but she does not know the technical difference right now, and she LOVES it! We did notice that it was a challenge for her to walk though, to the point that she started to crawl. There is totally no fear, as you can see, John had to block her from just going out into the waves!

The sand mohawk is from her deciding that going into a tripod was the coolest thing ever in the sand...........ahhhhhhh, a nightmare to clean off though!

We turned Bella around in the car. For the first time in a long time she would sleep longer than 40 minutes, thank goodness!!! This was somewhere between Texas and Florida, sleeping beauty! Oh, and that little white thing is Bella's "lovey", the most important thing to remember at all times if we would like to have a child who is tolerable, seriously though we are lost if we do not lovey!

John thought she would like the helicopter ride, jury is still out on this one!
Notice how it says the min. age is 3........oh well! Maybe that explains the left hand gripping tightly!?

Bella was finally able to meet Megan and Jordan, we had a great time breaking up our trip with a visit to Shreveport!

We made the trip to Florida and took a couple of days to get here. During our trip we looked for any playground we could find, Bella loves all slides!!! I, being the kind and gentle mom, walked her to the slide and asked her dad to "catch her at the bottom", not asking all that much......or so I thought. As you can see, catching was not something John was doing with his hands. No worries though, Bella is one tough cookie and thought nothing of the rough landing she had at the bottom! Not even a bit of fussing actually!!! Daddy is sooooooo lucky!

This is us in Old Town Albuquerque. Bella is following in some fantastic footsteps and already LOVES to have her purse with her when she is out. Hers is the stripped one, although she would tell you differently. She is starting to walk now and has just about given up on crawling. Our lives are drastically changing to say the least!

She was showing Grandma and Grandpa how to safely cross the street, notice her purse?

We were in Ouray, Colorado last weekend to support Aunt Sara while she was running a crazy endurance race over a mountain pass. It is one of the greatest places in America, I am sure of it! Bella was having lunch on the deck and a family (mom and two babies) of mule deer decided to eat their lunch right next to us. She did not have a great lunch that day as you can imagine!

The latest and GREATEST game Bella has come up with for herself is to crawl around with a towel hanging off of her head. Most times she has no idea where she is headed but then that just makes for a bigger laugh when she runs into something.............go figure!

Yes, we were enjoying a little "naked time"...........but (no pun intended) it was so cute!

We had a great time visiting with Grandma MacRae!
Thanks for making the trip out to help us pass the time waiting for John to get back!

Bella is quickly learning about balls............not only are the fun to chase...........she tries to bounce it back to you too, starting early!

Walking now.............look out world.....

Crawling through the blocks to reach "cat" proved a little more difficult when one of the blocks was stuck around her waist, she liked that for about 0.05 seconds, but being the "great" mom I am I made her crawl around the house so I could get a picture and laugh at her......that did not go over so well!

I would say that we are having a good time..........wouldn't you agree!

This is Bella up to no good..........the smile tells all!

Walking is something that is coming more and more to Bella, she now only needs one handed assistance to take her steps...........I need to mentally prepare for the life change I am about to go through..........geez!!

We miss you daddy (John)!

Bella and Yohanes just wanted to get outside during our visit to Flagstaff this past week. They played together so well, we cannot wait to get back there!
Cloth diapers are just so cute on their little bums...
Somehow Bella fell in love with the dog's bed.............it is always the little things in life, poor Buddy!

We stopped in Pie Town New Mexico on our way to Flagstaff, best sweet potato pie I have ever had!

Thanks mom for the PERFECT Halloween costume!!!!!! She loves it and might just end up wearing it everyday just for fun.....................can anyone blame her? I mean if we all had the opportunity to be a giant bee for the day who could pass that up.......especially with a fat suit!

this is me trying to keep Bella occupied in any way I can! Don't worry that is not the garbage, it is just cardboard to be recycled............and no I did not drink all that beer in the background!!!!!
