Bella and daddy in front of a "shrimpin" boat we found on our weekend while exploring our new surroundings. She actually allowed the hat to stay on for most of the day..it was so cute why would she try to take it off right!?

The preferred mode of transportation for going to the beach!

She loves to climb, so John has been digging her a pit in the sand and we just let her entertain herself, easy enough for us!

Happy Birthday Bella! She was not that into the cake, but we helped her with the icing to make sure we had some good photos, just thought it was something we needed to do for her memories....and our amusement!

This is the best present ever, at least in Bella's world it is! She is showing us how to drive now, not sure what it will be like when she is 16 but I am guessing it is not going to be this easy?!

Crusin' with her newest lion...too cool!

We finally made it!!! Bella has seen the ocean, Gulf really but she does not know the technical difference right now, and she LOVES it! We did notice that it was a challenge for her to walk though, to the point that she started to crawl. There is totally no fear, as you can see, John had to block her from just going out into the waves!

The sand mohawk is from her deciding that going into a tripod was the coolest thing ever in the sand...........ahhhhhhh, a nightmare to clean off though!

We turned Bella around in the car. For the first time in a long time she would sleep longer than 40 minutes, thank goodness!!! This was somewhere between Texas and Florida, sleeping beauty! Oh, and that little white thing is Bella's "lovey", the most important thing to remember at all times if we would like to have a child who is tolerable, seriously though we are lost if we do not lovey!

John thought she would like the helicopter ride, jury is still out on this one!
Notice how it says the min. age is 3........oh well! Maybe that explains the left hand gripping tightly!?

Bella was finally able to meet Megan and Jordan, we had a great time breaking up our trip with a visit to Shreveport!

We made the trip to Florida and took a couple of days to get here. During our trip we looked for any playground we could find, Bella loves all slides!!! I, being the kind and gentle mom, walked her to the slide and asked her dad to "catch her at the bottom", not asking all that much......or so I thought. As you can see, catching was not something John was doing with his hands. No worries though, Bella is one tough cookie and thought nothing of the rough landing she had at the bottom! Not even a bit of fussing actually!!! Daddy is sooooooo lucky!
